Please submit your application via our portal, to help us track candidates. Ensure you include full contact details and resume.

Screening

Screening
We’ll screen your application to ensure you meet the basic requirements. We may call you to confirm any queries… but don’t worry, this will be quick and casual.

Interview #1

First Round Interview
Your first round interview may be via video conference or in-person, and will take 30-45 minutes.

Interview #2

Second Round interview
Your second round interview will be in-person and will take 30-45 minutes.

Offer

Offer
If successful, we’ll call you to discuss the terms of our offer, your benefits and any queries you may have. We’ll welcome you to come back with queries after you have digested the offer.

Onboarding

Onboarding
When you start, we’ll go through a rigorous onboarding process that will include company info, technology setup and training (which may include shadow shifts, depending on experience).
