What can we offer?

What can we offer?

Occupational therapy

Occupational therapy helps develop or recover, and then maintain, the skills required to perform everyday tasks and live a full life. Despite common misconception, occupational therapy is not about the workplace (although it often involves workplace activities) and not only about physical abilities; occupational therapy addresses both mental and psychosocial disabilities. The ultimate goal of occupational therapy is to empower individuals with coping skills for autonomous living and maximal life fulfilment.

Counselling

Counsellors are skilled professionals, trained to assist in overcoming obstacles (real or perceived) and achieving objectives, through various modalities (which is the term given to different tools and therapies). Counsellors can aid in processing trauma, thoughts and experiences, and guide participants in crafting positive responses to challenges.

Psychosocial recovery coaching

Psychosocial recovery coaches (as they are more commonly known) help participants and their support networks (family, friends, carers, doctors, allied health providers, etc.) understand the NDIS, design a recovery plan to best support a participant, so they can get the most out of their NDIS plan, and help coordinate service delivery. Recovery coaches are trained to understand mental and psychosocial disorders, to better connect with and serve their clients.

The Team

Our team comprises qualified, dedicated, and skilled professionals who take immense pleasure in their work, and it reflects in their performance. We acknowledge that our presence can significantly influence someone's day and firmly believe that it's not only about what we do but also about how we do it.
